"Dr Harper is excellent, the front office staff are wonderful too! I've always been greeted with a smile. The parking is generally busy (being at the local shops), so try to arrive in plenty of time"
"It seems that the degree of care you receive here varies enormously based on the GP. Please note that this is NOT a private owned practice any longer. Based on my experience, you can only communicate with the GP (e.g. for clarifications) via the receptionist, tests results were communicated briefly via a SMS message, follow up vist got fully charged, GP forgot most of the issues that needed to be discussed and then... the time was up. The GP followed strictly the "10 min for patience" rule (imposed on practices owned by corporations) and since I needed longer I ended up paying for a long consultation (this was actually my follow up visit, I would have been OK with paying for a short consultation). In summary, I would not reccomend this practice for complex issues. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because a previous experience with Dr. Shilpa was great."
"Expert and Very friendly front if house staff with excellent knowledge of how to run a medical facility, the team is always happy to try and accommodate needs of patients who need to change bookings or need a consult very quickly. The clinic has GP’s that take the time to listen to your concerns and will consult with you on preferred options for treatment. The GP’s will cover for others when on leave and take the time to read your file to have an understanding of your personal concerns. The nurses are always friendly and a very well educated and always anything done such as children’s immunizations are done ensuring patients and parents are informed of all information and happy to answer questions. Various other practitioners are available at the clinic such as dietitian, diabetes."
"We attended on 18 April for annual flu injections. We were seen more or less on time and the vaccine was fully explained to us. Masks were required and we felt completely safe. Happy that we have had it done."
"Summary: Will not return. Worst bedside manners I have experienced at a GP. Charged $190 for the most basic visit. The doctor had a cold, unfriendly and arrogant vibe - for example she gave short an blunt answers when asked to explain some of her recommendations. She had not read my patient notes and kept asking me questions that would have been in my patient record already. This prolonged my consult and I was charged $190 for several minor pieces of advice - no prescriptions. I called to ask why I was charged that amount and apparently any consult longer than 15 minutes is charged as the 'long' consult rate. Please beware that your doctor does not prolong your consult unnecessarily to push you over that time limit. The reception said the office manager would call me to discuss my concerns about how much I was charged but did not receive any follow up."
