"I bought a Husqvana TS142 ride on mower late 2021. I live over an hour away. The price advised to me over the phone was $4000. When I arrived to purchase I was then advised the price was $4400. They refused to honour the price they told me on the phone. I had organised a trailer to pick it up so unfortunately I stumped up the extra money. I filled on the paperwork for the warranty to be registered. Recently I've had to get some repairs done under warranty. These guys never registered the warranty and the local husqvana say they can't honour the warranty unless it's registered properly by original seller even though I have all the paperwork of the sale. I've tried to get this rectified both via phone and internet forms but it still hasn't been sorted. I'm fuming at the multiple failures of this business."

"We ordered mower’s part and it was promised to be available within a week, but never got a call back. After a month, one of the staff said it was here but given to someone else. How this can be possible especially when we had paid them full for the part and waiting. Then after calling them again, we got to know that the part will be available in February and no refunds. Wasted our time. Worst experience ever. Not worth visiting them."

"Had the same issue as another customer, ordered masks in January that were never delivered. I sent emails using their contact page on their website, and they were unanswered. After I called recently they said there was probably nothing they could do because of their 30 day policy, and then sent through the tracking number. Funny I get the tracking number after I call, not when I make the order. Tracking number is useless now too because it's been over two months. Also found out that they can't find the messages I sent on their website, so if you need to contact the store don't bother with the contact page. Waste of time."
