"These ladies that work in manuke are extremrely rude and unprofessional.I had a pack for 10 sessions, but i forefeited the last two because of their poor service. Every time i have been here they always run v late and always make me wait for 15-20 minutes. One day I arrived 5 minutes late and they had the audacity to make me feel bad and say they weren't sure if they could fit me because 'I was late' despite them never running on time. Other times, they treat you like a second class citizen, and don't even acknowledge your arrival. Today I arrived on time and wasn't even greeted, and was watching them Try on lipsticks for 10 minutes, so I just walked out. On top of their poor behavior, either the laser machines are terrible or they don't know how to work them Everytime in go, I ask for the highest heat setting and they say it's the highest they can go. Couldn't feel a thing and hair comes back just days later. Please take your money elsewhere, laser clinics in tuggeranong was a thousand times better in all aspects. I don't normally post reviews, but this needed to be done."
