"Unsafe for kids Yesterday, my family and I visited Big W Majura ACT, and we encountered a distressing incident. My 5 year old daughter, innocently playing with a soft ball she wanted to buy, was approached by a staff member in an extremely inappropriate and bossy manner. They rudely talked to her, making her feel humiliated and upset. We were next to her, so any concern should have been raised with us, not my 5 year old kid. Even more concerning was the store manager's response; they displayed complete disregard for our distress, claiming they had the authority to confront anyone, including 5 year old children, "on private property." Such behaviour towards a vulnerable child is unacceptable and deeply alarming. I feel I should have called police."

"A big Big W store located near Canberra air port in Majura Park shopping centre. The store is clean and tidy and compared to plenty of other Big W stores I visited this store a lot of variety of items. A few electrical items as well as other items were on sale when i visited today. Free 2 parking is available to customers visiting Majura Park shopping centre."
