Reviews
"Beautiful location, one of my favourites in Canberra. Clean, with great room ammenities. Staff always pleasant."
"Room size too small at this price. Location was good. Too hot and unable to change temperature as it was locked. Receptionist was acting smart at the time of check in that we are here to help if you need anything extra, went to get an extra 100 ml of milk for morning tea and then have been told that this will be the last one and go to supermarket next time. Paid $600 for 3 rooms and saw the pain in their eyes for $1 milk pouch. Will not stay again for sure."
"Rooms were very small, but ok. Parking high enough to clear 2.15m car. Free snacks (two bags of xsmall chips) and soft drinks (two cans of regular coke) in a small glass fridge. TV with a selection of movies was also good, but no subtitles for foreigners. Signage to the place was missing. We had to drive around the block to realise there is no sign or clear way to get there. You need to stop on the street. The place looks like an apartment block and the reception is hidden in one of the apartments. Staff cleaning the apartments never greets the guests passing on the corridor or in the lift. Nobody says hello. The lift is locked to the floor you are in. In our group, we booked two apartments that turned out to be on two different floors. We could not access the lift to move between the floors and had to ask a receptionist to swipe his card in the lift, which was a pain and took very long. For security reasons they were not able to add multiple floor access to our room-cards. We stayed in the room on the ground floor and there were multiple guests walking half a metre away past our windows and peering straight into our room. The windows are from the floor to the ceiling, so you need to roll the blinds completely down to have some privacy and no natural light. The spa in the pool was not working."
