"Initial service seemed great, quick measurements and taking me through the process of customisation. Wearing the suit less than 8 times (over 1 year), the back stitching completely came out. Not happy. I went in for repairs on the jacket and was told would be a free turnaround, "great!" I thought. 6 weeks later I go and find out that they internally decided not to do the repair, with them deciding the day after they accepted it. They had made the decision and left it in the backroom for 6 weeks, and only telling me after I went in and asked. Several discussions later, and they offer a voucher for the price I purchased the jacket for... Not the full price of the item. I'd originally purchased it when it was on sale - they said they couldn't give me full refund because I'd had it for a year, despite not even having a return, refund, or repair policy/warranty that any knew of or was online. They even tried including the time between suit arrival and me picking it up, and the time it was in the storeroom without telling me as part of my "ownership" time. I will never go back here and cannot recommend this location because of what I believe are overpriced suits, no customer care, and bad management."
