My friend got a refund, but I didn't. The staff said something about the refund policy, so why can't I be my friend? "While a few of their staff are good there's also several staff members that leave a lot to be desired. Back when I was a big time smoker, hand crafting my own cigarettes using several kinds of injector machines I found that while these guys have good stock, a lot of their staff had no idea how to navigate it. They struggled to find high end tailors, or pouches of tobacco. Every time I stepped in it was like a dice roll whether I'd talk to someone who knew where things were and how to tell me what was in stock to the point that I ended up having to point some staff members to where things were. I shopped here for a solid year, and this review isn't based off any single poor experience. It's based off a long record. I don't like writing negative reviews. It always pains me too because I see so many one star reviews based off minor inconveniences and mishaps written by angry boomers who have nothing better to do with their time. But honestly, guess I'll be the karen this time."

Worst phone manner ever my husband rang about being charged twice for tobacco only to be hung up on by an extremely rude woman who made out it was the banks fault not theirs but the payment went into their account not my banks. So make sure you check your bank statements rip off merchants lost our business."
