"Place has gone downhill in last 12? months. Used to get reliable service here. Now holding car for days, at huge inconvenience, for jobs promised done on one day. Ordering wrong parts. Asking us to come and drop car in on certain day, then on the day (the very next day) having no idea the car was coming in. Failing to complete promised and paid for work, then unable to get eftpos machine to issue refund. Now we have to wait 'till manager returns (sometimes next week) to process refund... Terrible communication. No confidence in what they offer. Surprised NRMA has a connection to this shambles."
"1. Reliability: I was promised a certain pickup time, twice, but was left to wait 2 1/2 hours past this time. 2. Transparency: There were five items on the invoice description indicating services "Where required" but there is no mention whether they were completed or not. Confusing. So, was very disappointed at our return to Motorserve finding them not as professional as I remembered."
