"I had three deliveries from the same company sent via Delfast. One driver managed to use the doorbell correctly and left my package securely. The other two clearly weren't able to figure it out, so left calling cards. I then have to drive to Fyshwick to collect it, during business hours. Haven't answered their phone in 8 attempts to call. No public holiday hours posted anywhere for the Christmas period - not even on their office door. Absolutely useless."

"I needed a parcel delivered from Belconnen to Civic today the 17th December 2019. I rang a courier company and got a really rude man who told me he couldn't do it today. I said what about tomorrow he said nup we are flat out. This is the busiest time of the year. (I guess I should have known that). I rang Delfast and a very polite lady booked me in and the parcel was picked up by a very nice man and delivered. Thank you Delfast. I now will use no one else."
