The next day I contacted the shop. They confirmed delivery then followed up with the crematorium where the service had been held. Due to the crematorium not associating the name of the recipient with the deceased the arrangement was not passed on. However, Janine created a whole new arrangement with unbelievable flowers which were then taken directly to the home where the recipient was staying. Unbelievable service, unbelievable quality.
