"I recognise the hard work these women do and I respect their craftsmanship. However, they need to work on their approachability, flexibility and customer service skills. I ordered two bouquets of off them. There was a mishap and they ordered the wrong coloured flowers and proceeded to then guilt me for wasting their time and money. They then refused to negotiate on design and price when I stipulated that I only wanted something small and simple. I decided to cancel my order after their treatment of me and was hung up on mid sentence. Good times."
"I recently ordered an arrangement for a relative designated for a particular date as the date was special for them. I requested via their online web order for a photo before delivery and also asked for certain flowers to not be included but otherwise I was fine for them to arrange it with seasonal blooms. I even called verbally to make sure my requests wasn’t unreasonable. All good so far. The next day of my order, I receive an email with a photo of my order made up and delivered. It was a whole week early. I quickly rang Flowers from the Garden and informed them of their error. I was told: “The flowers have already gone out.” Cue awkward pause. As a customer, I felt bad even though it wasn’t my error. I would have let it go but after some ringing around, found out that my relative was out of town for the week and wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the blooms. I then rang back Flowers from the Garden and told them that they would have to collect the flowers and have a delivery set again for the requested date. At this point, an apology was made. Ok, all good. On the designated day, no word from Flowers from the Garden about my flower arrangement and no photo sent. I did however receive a message of thanks from my relative along with a photo of the blooms. Surprise: the flower arrangement contained several of a flower I specifically requested not to be included. I would be hesitant to recommend Flowers from the Garden based on this particular experience."
