In QLD, we collaborate with the QLD Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) and the Magistrates Courts, requiring Powers of Attorney to act on behalf of our clients.

"Terrible service. I was kept in the dark and only received emails about my ongoing issue after I contacted them myself. I provided them with every contact detail I had for my bad debt including their personal Facebook accounts (sadly I didn't have the home address for these people) so they wanted to charge me $66 to do an ABN search, claiming they couldn't contact the debtors through Facebook for privacy reasons. When I questioned this I was told, we've closed your account, please do your own recovery. Disgusting treatment. I would not recommend these people to anyone."
