"Utterly disgusted with this service. They quoted both me and my son $199 per hour for a small truck, then overcharged us both for unneeded large and medium trucks. They were an hour late for me, 4 hours late to him. They say on their website "on time guarantee" which means they won't charge the call out fee if they are late. Not only did they overcharge us both, they also charged us the call out fee despite their own policy. When I spoke to their office about this they attacked me and tried to claim I was undercharged!!! Have reported them to the office of fair trading. Avoid at all costs. Rip off merchants!!! Oh, and when I posted my negative review on Google, within an hour 16 super positive new reviews suddenly appeared. That's alot of moves to have done in so short a time. Interesting how much "positive" review feedback one can buy huh."

"I had been booked in with Virgil Removals for weeks and even spoke to them the day before. On the morning of my booking nobody showed up. So I called. Then I received a text from the driver saying they were short staffed. An hour later I received another text from the driver saying his wife was in hospital and he needed to reschedule for 7am the following day. They never showed up the following day. Absolutely pathetic unprofessionalism. I chose Virgil’s because of their reviews but my experiences with them was appalling. Would never try and use them again. I think they just put their own “good” reviews uo themselves."
