"Had an awful experience with a doctor here. She Googled and then read an article to me verbatim. The drug she told me to get from the chemist was not available in Australia. I assume it was straight off the website she read. She was dismissive of my pain and suffering and gaslit me by telling me 'I should be happy as my baby is healthy'. $90 for a Google search reading an article that I had read the night before at 2am in pain. Abysmal."

"Dr Faraz was pleasant, chatty, and comprehensive. My appointment was on time, in fact a bit early. Responsible COVID precautions, since I had a cold they asked me to do a Rapid Antigen Test at home and then wait in my car and call them when I arrive. When Dr Faraz was ready for me, the friendly receptionist called me to come in. Since I booked through HealthEngine, they already had my details and I didn't have to fill out a form. Just had to tell the receptionist my Medicare number for the rebate. The cost of the appointment was average for Canberra. I would return and recommend others based on the service I received."

"Wish I read Google reviews before booking and attending. Doctor I seen (25 minutes late) simply googled my symptoms and read the treatments to fix the problem word for word off google.. Then gave me a script for pretty basic medicine that you can buy in a chemist over the counter even the chemist were confused why I handed them a script when it’s not needed, and then I was charged me $90 for the whole experience. The receptionist was lovely, but we don’t go there to see the receptionist so I was quite dissatisfied with the level of service received. You’ll get a similar outcome if you’ve got the Internet, and save some money while you’re at it."
