"I went in to get a price on lash extensions without making a booking and they were able to fit me in right away!! I was so impressed and they got them done fast and they did an absolutely amazing job, they even made time to tint my eyebrows. I’m absolutely in love with everything I had done here. ❤️❤️"

"Went in for a manicure and shellac pedicure before Christmas but was quite disappointed with the service. Was really looking forward to relaxing in the massage chair and having a proper pedicure but I sat at the desk while the lady crawled under the desk to do my toes. No proper foot scrub or nail bed maintenance which you generally expect for $59. Manicure with regular polish wasn't a great finish either. Would not recommend the salon."

"Very quick and effective although a few down falls to lash extensions. No aftercare advice given what so ever, it is day 5 of having them and have lost more than half on both eyes, also a few glued to lid :( Work is needed in this area."

"$20 to remove my acrylics. She tore them off with nail pliers and ripped my nails. She then filed my nails by just flattening the front and ignoring the sides, didn't even ask if i wanted a shape. When she was buffing them she was standing up already heading to another customer with a "Wash your hands!" My nails have sharp lines that haven't been buffed away and my nails aren't filed. Not worth $20 or my time. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"I asked to have my acrylics removed and a nice enough looking lady showed me to the station where she would begin ripping them off with pliers, which was such a painful experience as it also tore though my existing nails. I asked her to stop and put my nails in solution to gradually file down but my request was ignored and she continued ripping away at my phalanges. I then asked another employee to help save me from this ordeal but she must of not understood what I was saying as they began talking and laughing with one another and didn't even include me. Rude. I finally pulled my hands away and again asked for the acrylics to be filed down. This eventually happened for the remaining 3/10 nails, but little did I know she wouldn't stop filing until she reached my skin and as if my flinching didnt indicate pain, she continued to clutch my hand to finish what she started. And if you think this sounds bad, imagine having to sit through this for 30 minutes whilst the lady filing your nails passed gas, repeatedly, and then demanded $20 for her service. Which is really more than this place deserves. Steer clear ladies and gents. This place reeks of incompentance and unprofessionalism."
