Chemist was very friendly and helpful in providing assistance, the store clerks were great at helping with any questions too. Brilliant selection of items and well set out, they sadly didn’t have the brand of baby formula that I go for, Bellamys Organic, but all else was good!"
"Revision of my previous review: If pharmacist Tommy Leung is on duty, best to just turn around and leave. This is the first time I have seen Tommy at this pharmacy and I found him incredibly rude, particularly when he threw a pen on the bench for me to use before walking away. Such a shame as all other staff I have encountered here have been wonderful, friendly, and consistently helpful. ----------- Great range and the staff are always willing to go above and beyond."

"I find it odd reading the negative reviews here as whenever my husband and I go in, the staff are always friendly and courteous - they address us by name. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and there are signs on the doors that the senior pharmacy assistant has won major awards for her work and customer service. Maybe those disgruntled customers were not sure of what they wanted or where in a mood that day????"
