"Excellent customer service by devesh and Aaron I recently bought a house with a pool in it. This is my first time owning a pool and didn’t have any idea maintaining it. I was outside for a month and when I came back my pool had gone green. I went to cool pools Belconnen and devesh really helped me out. He very nicely explained me what’s was the reason my pool went green and then showed me ways how I can get rid of algae from my pool. The steps he explained were very easy for me to implement, how to get rid of algae by putting algaecide and shocking the pool by chlorine and then putting clarifier and backwashing the pool. The head tech Aaron was also present there and showed me example how to backwash and what I can do to maintain my pool. I am now a regular customer at cool pools of canberra and would really recommend it to everyone."
