"The other day my best mate/brother shared his experience with dealing with BACKBONE BMX and from what he told me I would definitely not recommend this place for people who want good communication with online orders. What happened is he had ordered a set of FUSE chroma KO gloves however when he finally received them they had the nerve not only to give him the correct gloves he had ordered but they also had given him a cheap looking set of BBBMX gloves as a replacement. All of this boils down to had the seller notified him the correct gloves were in fact out of stock he would have been happier to shop elsewhere and not waste his money on a shop who misleads customers."

They're website has a service where you can send a message via text however they don't seem to respond until 2 days later and that can be quite challenging."

They're riders so know the sport, the culture and here to help you with anything you need to know about bikes. They have great sales, epic selection of products so if you shop here you'll be sorted. Sometimes it takes a bit for bikes to arrive to them from the warehouse but this is normal at bike shops – as they can't keep everything in the actual store. "Surprisingly good coffee!!! Stopped in there this morning for a quick coffee. Coffee itself was pretty nice, prompt quick service etc as well. Certainly recommended. I haven’t shopped at the bike part specifically but have included pricing and some photos below. The shop itself has a funky fit out with plenty of bike stock, apparel and accessories. Certainly worth a look in if your in the area."
