"EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION WITH LACK OF MANAGEMENT. No information about the exact location of the shop when the shop is just a messy office without any clear signs. Shop was empty during opening hours with no staff present at the premise with no phone calls being accepted at all. I was there for my order pick up and I couldn’t even receive an apology for wasting half an hour and instead just got messaged saying he is gone early that day and told me to come again next time with notification when I will be arriving. Non-sense when the google ad shows their clear opening hours and my order confirmation email informed its waiting for pick up."
