"It’s where I go for my regular Toyota servicing. This was a special trip as last service I asked for the brakes to be checked as they were soft, and I was told they were fine. And recently they started making noise and were still soft. What impressed me is that the brake service the second time was completely free of charge. I appreciate Toyota Belconnen taking responsibility (whether they should have or not) and absorbing the cost. Also my brakes are much better now."
"Just purchased our new second hand car today from Canberra Toyota Belconnen. Like most car yards, multiple cars to look at and select from. All the staff were very friendly and happy to provide their services. Not sure if it is a sign of the times, but not to happy to deal much and was not impressed wuth lack of conversation around that, not just a problem of this store, common to most car yards now. Happy to recommend."
