"Update #2: Thank you Karli for being extremely helpful and accommodating. I appreciate you following up promptly and your customer service is excellent! You are clearly extremely busy and I appreciate the communication and time you spent helping me book flights! To the company - I think post covid you need more staff at Gungahlin and/or to open weekends. Each time I went in the staff we’re constantly busy and this results in the experience I originally had (not their fault). Karli is an asset to your business and I appreciate the work she did for me. Update #1 After posting this I received a quote that evening (after business hours) Karli has been extremely helpful. Original Post: I would give 0 stars if possible. Originally emailed for a quote for flights 26.07.23 to Cherie after she provided us her card. After numerous follow up emails and no response I went in 04.08.23 and spoke to Karli who I forwarded my email enquiry too. Karli received the email while I was there and advised I would have a reply with prices 07.08.23. It is now late on 09.08.23 and I still have no quote for flights. I have to add, this centre is by appointment only and I was advised it’s easiest to communicate via email! I’ll be going to another agency to book my flights. If obtaining pricing for 4 people is this hard with the flight centre imagine if I needed their assistance while overseas! You’d be stranded!"

"when i went instore and made my booking for my holiday, everything went smoothly. not the best instore service but not the worst. at the end i was told by the agent she would email me a copy of my itinerary. and confirmation of airport transfers. its been 1 month i still havent received that email. the agent said any drama's to email her, i have sent emails to her only to receive an automated response say they only communicate in person and to call their office to make a booking. those call's go un answered, as ive tried calling multiple times a day. i am unable to go into to make a booking due to having to work interstate until late july when i come back to the A.C.T. the follow up customer service has been extremely poor. id consider cancelling but they would still make money out of me in fee's."
