He gave me a few options all at different price points which was great for me! He truly went above and beyond with the repair, even finding a chrome base that matched my chair perfectly instead of placing the cheaper (my choice!) plastic base on. They suggested Ken - he knew the problem as soon as he saw it, then worked on my chair for less than 5 mins and had it all sorted.
