"Overpriced and underwhelming. Surrender spa package was relaxing, however the massage was not even close to medium pressure - similar to the pressure you would use rubbing in sunscreen. The head massage involved robotically rubbing the same spot for a minute, I had to ask her to stop. Overall, my experience it was even close to being worth the $175!! I also felt somewhat ambushed by being asked to buy one of the products immediately after putting my clothes on. I wouldn't recommend this package. I feel it was misleading to be told the massage would be medium pressure. I would have liked to have been offered an alternative way to use my voucher when I expressed concern about the pressure on the massage a few times at the beginning. Pros: The environment was clean and had a nice atmosphere, and therapist was very pleasant. They sent me a survey to review but it would not submit."
