"Food poisoning public safety alert. My wife ordered four crispy chicken rolls for my kids, took it to the car to have them eat it at home, when she got to the car she realised the rolls were still luke warm. She didn't to give our kids food poisoning so we took it back and asked for our money back, She was met with one lady who was yelling in Chinese and another who refused to give her the money back. She tried to explain that she did not want to give our kids food that is an unsafe temperature but was told that when they cooked it, it was hot, one hundred degrees. As a chef of many years, she tried to explain to them food safety basics of serving hot food hot and cold food cold, but was told that she was the one who didn't understand. She ended up walking out $16 out of pocket and with no food and two disappointed kids."
"Got food poisoning from in fresh food (purchased @6pm on a Friday night). There's a reason why this place is empty. Civic franchise is good though."
"Sushi rolls are delicious and great to grab for kids if you only have a couple of dollars. It might help to point out that there are two locations in Belconnen Westfield. A sit in restaurant and a take away style shop upstairs in the food court."
