"Friendly staff, sometimes really busy meaning you are left waiting"
"I recently made an order just prior to Green Compounding pharmacy closing for the Christmas break. So, when I received it 2 days after it was meant to be delivered, it had been left out of refridgeration in a van in the QLD heat. Not only resulting in it being useless, I was unable to contact them to sort it out due to the holiday period. Tried doing the next best thing and contacted the courier which ultimately resulted in me wasting more time before I could finally get through to the pharmacy on the 24th January. I spoke to a very rude member of staff who was supposedly the pharmicist by the name of Chris. I was told by a guy called Angus that I would be able to either reorder the original product or use it as a credit towards other products. So I threw the old product out. Then I received a voicemail stating I had to send the original product back for the credit. After already having disposed of it. Now they have told me the previous agreement is void. $1800 down the drain. I will be reporting this matter to consumer affairs if not resolved as soon as possible."
"Got a quote for a bottle of eyedrop for $49 on the phone. Reconfirmed the quote at the reception. Proceed to purchase. When paying at the till, the bill was $94. When asked why such a vast difference, they said it was quoted wrongly and yet they still proceed to charge $94. What a joker!"
