I went to her with a previously butchered bob, and she transformed it into the exact style I wanted. She's also the most gentle hairdresser I've ever experienced. My fine hair tangles easily, and previous hairdressers seemed to yank through it with brushes and combs, and use gloves that pulled on my hair, but Louise did not pull one hair on my head. It was a completely painless experience, and I honestly didn't think that was possible. The entire process was comfortable and relaxing.
