"Food is quality & tasty, atmosphere friendly and welcoming. Though meals? Not too sure. Ive ordered the same meal a few times here, and every time, there has been something missing and or absoloutely drowned in too much gravy. Kindof like a lucky dip, you never know what you'll get until you arrive home and open your meal. Tonights dinner was a disaster none the less. My meal only had chips and chicken. No vegtables or gravy. After a few tries with this mob and tonight being the last straw, I decided to call and offer feedback in a polite manner, as they cant improve unless they have honest feedback. The boy on the phone had no idear what to do or say, im not sure if lack of training or not caring about customer service but I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and making sure people are getting what they pay for. Though I cannot fault the food quality & pricing."

"Had to give this a try, but really wish I didn't. Unfortunately probably the worst whole cooked chicken I have bought in Adelaide. Had so much salt on it I had to throw all the skin in the bin. Chips was undercooked and a bit crunchy. I won't recommend this meal here."

"Honestly the best hot chips in Adelaide could eat them non stop and wouldn't get tired of them. Only downside is the 5 to 6 dollar price increase. Employees on the hot chips need a pay rise"

"$11.50 for a stale burger bun, with some chicken that less than half fills the burger, a single slice of tomato and some lettuce. I’ve lived in this area for 20 years and this is the last time I go here."
