Refused to honour the warranty on a machine that I purchased from them, claiming that a T-piece that is an integral part of the machine's plumbing is a "consumable" part and is therefore not covered. Also didn't bench test the machine fully, failing to pick up a second problem that ultimately was corrected elsewhere. Very poor service."

"I had a very bad experience with my Gaggia Megenta Milk machine. I was sold the machine and was assured that it was a reliable option, but it broke down three times in the four months since I bought it. The worst part was the customer service. The last time it needed service (it was leaking), it took a whole month to get it fixed. Now, the grinder has stopped working. I called them after Christmas and was told the earliest I could bring it in was in two weeks, even though the machine is still under warranty. Once I bring it in, they have another two weeks to fix it. Overall, I have had this machine for four months and during that time, I have been unable to make coffee for two months. I would advise others to avoid this company and not to be fooled by their advertising and good ratings."

"There was an issue with Pavoni arriving scratched due to a packaging flaw. The scratch was minor but they replaced it without hesitation. This resulted in a delayed but great result for me. Shipping was slower than I expected but their choice for reliability so thats good. A great outcome in the end."
