Our workshops are led by Kerry Mart, an Adelaide Artist with over 40 years of art experience. Kerry's passion for introducing participants to wellbeing through a creative perspective stems from her extensive career in community aged care, where she specialized in dementia and high care packages. She also facilitated art groups for individuals over 65, witnessing firsthand the positive effects of art on her clients' wellbeing.

We believe in the power of keeping the mind and body active for a healthier brain and body.
