"It's not the private dental practise it used to be, the franchisee (or whatever banner Maven Dental Group goes under) does not deliver the service the private practice in Boyd Street Tweed Heads used to. I've found another private dental practitioner with excellent customer service, dental expertise and reasonable prices up at the top of Banora Hill - he gives the service that justifies the price you pay for dentists. Maven are just a rip of now - I'm sorry to say."
