"Had a government voucher for partial plates. On arrival no explanation of what to expect. Mould trays shoved in mouth, scratching side of mouth. Was gagging as product dripped into my throat. Most uncomfortable experience. Went back to get partial plate, that was shoved in causing the side of mouth to bleed from the clasps on the dentures. They did not fit so were filed down. I could not wear them for several days until cheek and sore spots healed. Returned for another adjustment. Told her that the bottom plate was collecting food underneath it, she just said take it out and clean. Which is not possible when dinning out. She ended up telling me l should have got metal plates as these were fragile. ? This was not mentioned at all in any of visits. Found them rude and surgery was not as clean as you would hope a dental surgery should be. There is water leaking onto the floor from the water dispenser that clients rinse their mouths in. Nothing was done to fix it over the time l visited the surgery.? I would not recommend them at all, there are many excellent dentist here in Tweed Heads which are very good at their job. This is not one of them."
