"Great products made with quality unfortunately the customer service once again was troublesome. When only 3 customers in store an argument started when the sales assistant overlooks and doesn’t give a hoot to which customer is next to serve. Not the other customers fault really other than shoddy service. I’m not going back this has happened before with bad service. What happened to building customer rapport for 5 mins? Instead of crunching the numbers. On a positive note Adair’s have the best quality products."

"Oh dear. Lost my rug. Had to track it down myself through their transport company. Rang customer service daily . Nobody listened or believed product was lost. Paid $80 for delivery and laying. Instead dumped at reception in my building with no call. Have bad back and had to drag it to my unit. Forget asking for help at the Tweed shop. Not interested once sale is made. A bad company with no customer service. Wish I had read reviews beforehand."

"Disappointing experience. Customer service was lukewarm at best and very disappointed in the quality of products (turkish towels no longer soft, pilling on sheets). Better off paying bit more for assured quality from sheridan or bed bad and table brands."
