"Today I purchased a dress from your Tweed City Store, Tweed Heads South. As I was still at the counter after paying I noticed that the dress was faulty, there was a rip in the belt and the hanger tags were ripped, seeming like this dress has been worn, I'm assuming staff wear the clothes whilst they are working then put them back out for sale, im aware this is common practice. I pointed this out to the sales lady whilst I was still in the store, I asked to swap for a different non faulty one, but that was the last one. I asked for a refund and was told no refunds despite the fact it was faulty. The sales lady told me to leave the dress with her and she would sew it up for me !!! What an absolute disgrace. Under ACCC I am entitled to a refund as the dress is faulty. I paid $69.99 for this dress. I will be taking this as far as I can out of the principle of how poorly I was treated in your store today by staff member Simon. I felt mocked and spoken down to."
