"Went here to find some accessories for our dog and staff were not helpful. Just a ‘hi’ no, can I help you, what are you looking for ect. Huge store with no personality. Decided to go to a locally owned and operated store in Gawler st, and they are amazing!"

"The staff are nice, but not all are very welcoming. The overall feel when you walk in is very uncomfortable. The space is too big and really lacks any sort of atmosphere, I hate that the freezers for pet food are located aaaalllll the way down the back of the store, they used to be up the front which was super handy for quick stops but it's really annoying now having to walk half a kilometer to get to the freezers. (exaggerated obviously but the place is just too big for what it stocks) they could essentially half the size and still stock the same stuff. Maybe try have soft music playing or something just to make people want to come in, stay for longer and maybe spend more if the place was more welcoming."
