"The nail stations where you get your nails done were so dirty, the little glass jars, the equipment, shelving, everything is dirty. Wallpaper coming off, no background TV or music, the back-door open so all you hear is cars in the carpark. The lady who done my nails left acrylic all around the cuticles and rough bits underneath them. Not a salon experience at all."

"I recently got a pedicure and manicure from this venue on a Sunday. One lady for me started with my SNS set "french tip/ clear SNS". She stuck on the french tips and filed them to shape, whilst another lady did my pedicure. She was rough when doing the toes and only massaged my right leg when seated. its like she forgot where she was up to the process in the pedicure and it lacked in skills so it was a half job. I was then moved after the pedicure which was a half job to get my SNS nails done which was the lady who done the pedi. The nails were dipped in the sns powder and the brush seemed dirty and stiff during application. When using the electric file my sns nails had like a bump in them - they were not even, flat or smooth. The SNS set was so airated and every single nail was bubbly - looked Awful... when mention I don't think this is right she took off at the back and didn't want to deal with the mistake - another lady tried to rectify the mistake by painting over the SNS with a pink tinge nail polish. I had a total of 3 lady's do this mani and pedicure. 3 days later the pink tinge nail polish cracked and peeled and the sns nails started to lift. which didn't even last for the following weekend for my birthday cost me $84. I wouldn't go again. Was probably one of the worst experiences for a service that didn't last."

"My sister got ombre and coffin acrylics done they started coming off 4 days later rang up just for them to laugh and hang up very rude service and very poor work! Especially when my sister paid $60"

"Bad workmanship on acrylic nails and poor service. When I got home I had to completely reshape and the entire job. The extensions were the wrong size (too small) and weren't glued on straight, or flat with my natural nail. Kim said she would change anything I wasn't happy with, but whenever I asked her to throughout the process, she contradicted me....so no change. At the end she didn't even put cream,or oil on my cuticles. I will NOT be going back here."
