"Please don’t bother with this cafe. I’ve given this café multiple opportunities to prove themselves as a decent cafe. They forget to add food items to your order, forget to bring your coffee, give you frustrated looks if you address the issue with them. The staff claim they are busy, I get that it can be busy, maybe management need address adequate staffing. Customer service should also be addressed."

"I ordered bacon and eggs on toast today, it came out and the fried eggs were too undercooked so I requested to have them redone. It took twenty minutes for two replacements to be cooked, when the girl/cook brought it back out she slammed the meal in front of me and the cutlery and didn’t acknowledge me in any way with no apology for the inconvenience since my son had already finished his meal. I made the point of loudly saying Thankyou as she walked away and she still ignored me rudely. Unsatisfactory service and I won’t be back."
