They said after they spoke with Australia post that the issue would be sorted and replacements given. Today they have now said they will not citing I requested the items to be left. Australia Post decided that for me I was NEVER Asked. Worst customer support ever. Liars and then to top it off you cannot ring and actually speak to anyone."
