"Had iPhone screen replaced, it was really dark & pay wave didn't work, told to go home and up date the software. Did this, then half the screen was covered in lines (worse outcome). I wouldn't waste your time or money. Happened with a previous phone as well, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking my other iPhone was old."
"Ipad 6 replacement screen. Had to be taken back immediately as screen did not work correctly. Then lasted 4 months before failure again. Contacted them, advised that repair only has 3 month warranty. This time, I purchased my own touch screen to replace myself as not wishing to keep spending $130 bucks every few months. Upon opening device noticed that ALL connector retention screws had not been re-installed from previous repair resulting in connector coming loose. Dodgy x 100 workmanship. Replying to owners reply. Think you are missing the point. Its not about getting a refund making things better. Its about letting people know what I experienced, time and other money I wasted due to poor quality workmanship/QA. If as you stated, new employees and processes are being used, then hopefully I will have helped some people not have the same issues as I did, in the future. For me, this is greater compensation."
"It took me over a month been waiting for my phone to be fixed. The first time the guy told me it takes around a week to fix, and he needs to order some part from Sydney. I understand it has to take time waiting for it. Then it's over the day that he told me it would be done. so during that time I was keeping ask them if my phone is fixed, they always answer me it would be done in a couple of days, and one of the guys who also promise my phone would be fixed in a couple of days. After a week I'm still waiting.... The end I'm sick of been telling me my phone gonna be fixed soon, so I went back to pick up my phone, and he said he tried to fix but the phone doesn't turn on still, you can take it back! I'm really angry with them its because if you need more time to fix you can let me know, I can understand, but DO NOT keep telling your customers that your phone will be done in a couple of days if it's NOT!!! eventually, my phone has not been fixed. And I got my phone is opened without the screws? So I have to go back again to get it!!!!!"
