"I was denied the service of hot chocolate for the fact that I did not want milk in it. I asked two banana breads heated and instead they were given to me quite cold. We did NOT have a good experience at this McDonald today and we do NOT plan to return to it. The owners of these franchises should provide basic training for better customer services in these food outlets."
