At Ibuki Sushi, we offer two unique dining experiences. First, our Sushi-ben takeaway sushi box is a perfect choice for those on the go. Each box is meticulously prepared by Chef Yohei, featuring a selection of handcrafted sushi made with raw and cured fish. You can rest assured that your sushi will be freshly prepared right before your arrival, ensuring the utmost quality and taste.
For a truly immersive dining experience, indulge in Chef Yohei-san's authentic Japanese omakase dinner. With only eight seats available, Chef Yohei personally guides you through a curated sequence of dishes that showcase his sushi mastery and culinary skills. Using the finest Australian and Japanese ingredients, every dish is prepared right in front of you, adding an element of excitement and theater to your dining experience.
Please note that our Omakase menu changes daily, depending on the availability of seasonal produce. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific food allergies or dietary restrictions without sufficient notice. Additionally, cancellations made within 5 days of the booking date or no-shows will incur a $220 cancellation fee per person.
