Founded in 2008, Rachael O'Connor, Psychologist started as a private practice in Elanora, where Rachael worked alongside Dr Carol Leader at Saffron Street Surgery. During eight fulfilling years, Rachael honed her skills and provided healing to countless clients. As demand grew, Rachael realized the need for a dedicated space that would cater to her clients' needs. Thus, the therapy spot was born.

At the therapy spot, our practice is designed with you in mind. We have spacious rooms that provide a comfortable environment for open conversations and the important work of healing. One room is specifically designed for couples, offering a safe space for relationship therapy. Another room is dedicated to working with mothers and their babies, where little ones can safely explore while mothers have the opportunity to unwind and share. Our third room offers a serene setting for individual therapy, with wide windows inviting contemplation and resources to guide you towards a rich, full, and meaningful life.
