"Avoid at all costs!!!!Extremely rude and arrogant man.Spoke to Matt about getting some vinyl flooring replaced in my house after it was destroyed by floods.Quoted me a ridiculous price,then said he aint working for free and he charges these amounts "All day and every day". I was not expecting him to do anything for free,or cheap for that matter.But certainly didn't need his smart arse reply after all that myself and other flood victims have gone through this year.A simple, "I wish you the best but unfortunately I dont think i can help you.Good luck". Would have been more than enough. You need to work on your people skills mate.Not impressed at all!!"
"I spend 130 k on a commercial fitout . The job was not completed,. Matt kept saying he would come back to fix problems. 3 months later the flooring is lifting and bubbling, edging not completed. After giving up On Matt ever coming back to fix I got a second person through to have a look at. They have said the floor was never properly levelled and the job will need to be done again, first quote for one room is $15,000.. I willl take Gold Coast carpets court and fair trading for damages.Do not use Gold Coast carpets. I have been involved in over 15 of these fit outs and never seen such a poorly done job"
