"Been going here for close to two years! As someone who has had only clip ins, I was new to weft extensions. Kaitlin made me feel so much better as soon as my consultation was over, it’s been two years now of having wefts and my natural hair is actually growing as well! "It’s upsetting to write this as I used to be so pleased with the results (and the girls) at Goldiluxe. So much so, that I travelled from Brisbane to see them. I received a keratin treatment and foils and was left with a completely broken off, damaged and brassy top layer of hair. I reached out to let them know and they offered me a treatment to try to rectify the problem. I was thrilled. However, this appointment was cancelled by them twice, and because I was heading on a trip overseas (which is why I booked keratin and foils in the first place) The appointment couldn’t happen. The team offered to purchase treatment for me in Brisbane, to take with me on the trip due to not being able to see me- again, thrilled they were willing to go out of their way. However, this was an empty promise and now I’ve been left on read. To be treated this way is hurtful, not to mention I’ve paid over $1000 for an absolute hack job, feeling so insecure and embarrassed about my hair… I’m devastated."

I also contacted the salon to have a row adjustment and they fit me in the next day, no hassle and complimentary. "I would definitely recommend going to Goldiluxe Hair & Extensions and seeing Lulu! She knows exactly how to style my frizzy curly hair which has never been done before!!! We always have the best conversations during the appointment and I find myself still wanting to catch once the appointment is done. She’s truely an expert at keeping the conservation alive which is another rarity in todays society. If you are wanting to find a down to earth hairdresser who knows what to do with your hair then I would definitely recommend going with Lulu. I couldn’t be happier with my choice!"
