"Very happy with our recent hire from Andy's. Car was a new model and was really clean upon pickup. Prices were very competitive compared to the major chains. A minor inconvenience we experienced was the fuel tank was only half full when picking up the car. This made it quite frustrating to "guess" the amount of petrol to re-fuel when returning the car. I had to go back and forth from the bowser /cashier 3 times, and after the last time, I gave up and probably put in $10 too much as I was over it. This would be easily fixed by ensuring the car was completely full before hiring out. Like I said though, minor inconvenience in the scheme of things. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended."

"Your thoughts.. ( I live in Victoria - my recent trip issue in GOLD Coast) To : Andy's Auto Rental Miami @ 151 Wharf Street, Tweet Heads, QLD 2485 Dropped car 15 mins early than drop off time. Waited 1:15 - 1:30 hrs for shuttle service to Gold coast airport in premises. Staff (Nicole) did not checked car (didn't came out to check car as it was raining even though she had proper raincoat and boots) just simply took keys. Driver dropped us at Gold Coast airport ( as our flight was at 3 pm & car dropped at 10:45am, eventually all flight was cancelled due to water on runway). $750 deposit refunded saying no issues ( within 3-4 working days). After few days charged $1000 (subject to quote for repair) from credit card, when called Nicole said due to damage on car. Nicole reckon I lied on drop off. Firstly, Why car was not checked on drop off? Secondly, Why $750 refunded saying no issue on car and charged saying $5000 excess liability we sign while hiring the car for damage? After $750 refund deleted picture i took before i picked car. Eventually, Nicole said do what I can do from my side because I am lying. I am the person of my words, I don't lie. Its completely unfair and dishonest to me more than $$$. Horrible rental experience. Nicole said me I lied to them for $600 - $650 quote, I swear to God I have not. Nicole should have checked car on while dropped off and I have to pay for her undone job."

"Excellent service. Walked into the Miami location off the street without booking. They didn't have any cars available however they were able to get me one from their Airport location at the last minute. Car was brand new and top of the range. They were about half the price compared to the other big name car rental companies and the staff were super friendly. I'll definitely use them again."
