"These are the worst people in the world to deal with, I have nine kids and I asked for a few extra weeks to come up with my strata payments which were a few days overdue and Maryanne Butler was not only uncaring and didn't help but wrote me an offensive email saying she didn't care. Avoid dealing with Archers at all costs."

"STAY AWAY! And if you have signed up with this company make plans to move asap! This company does not provide a 5 star service like they claim, if I could give an honest star review it would be -5 stars. We had 4 different strata managers in 1 year, spoke with partners, ceo, managers and no one was kept accountable or acted promptly, in one year Archers cost us 30k+, when our previous bodycorp company cost us between 8k -12k, Archers has left our complex open to so much risk we had to get a company called MCS bodycorp services to fix all their errors, Archers refuses to reimburse us for all there mistakes. Will be putting a case forward towards the body corp commissioner NEXT will be current affair!"

"I never leave reviews but this body corporate company have been unprofessional and unhelpful. I can see from the recent reviews others seem to be having issues with Archers too. I really wish there was someone I could’ve spoken to that was helpful that worked here. Called for a Certificate of Insurance that I needed urgently to settle my home loan, was told at first this shouldn’t cost anything and to email requesting it. Then called back the next day after receiving an email with their bank details trying to charge for this and they tried telling me this takes a week to obtain and they charge fees. Their website clearly also states on the portal “insurance certificate available at no charge”.. if you’re going to charge a fee maybe update your portal so it doesn’t literally say it costs nothing to obtain this.. Also the certificate on the portal had expired weeks ago.. as a body corporate company you should be providing tenants with exisiting Certificates so we know we are insured.. Called the insurer directly myself and got it within 1 minute. It should’ve been this simple for body corp to provide me with this but they made it really difficult. Also quite unprofessional of Charisse not replying to my email and instead copying and pasting the same email I just replied to, again with their bank details asking for money. If I was to receive an email from an upset client I wouldn’t be responding with the same copied and pasted email, I would address the concerns and escalate if I wasn’t able to assist. Very unprofessional of her and this is what led me to leave this review."
