"When you come to the exclusive store - you come for the experience. Unfortunately, this is not what you get here. The staff are telling useless, in my opinion, details about the products which you are not interested in. I have advised team members that: I am ok, will let you know if I have questions or need help. Still - plenty of interruptions which are intimidating. Request to management - you are representing Italian designer. Please, make the shopping experience like in Europe. This will get you more customers, who will return to the store."
