"Rocked up to the restaurant and straight off the bat owner was very welcoming and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious and since it was not such a busy night that owner happy to have a conversation definitely will come back again and highly recommend. "Shocking service, Manager didn't care and walked out halfway through. Had to ask for our order to be taken after 20 minutes and got our food and coffees after 1 hour. They kept taking on new tables when multiple people had already walked out. The chefs were shouting at the Manager to not seat people and he still continued to bring more in. The manager/s showed no respect to staff or customers complaint, they clearly only care about money and not customer experience."

"I searched a restaurant for our lunch and come to this 2 Palms following 5 star rating from googlers. My husband was a bit reluctant as the setting of the place seems not nice compare go others around. Result is that I have to give 5 stars which is pretty rare! The foods here s not disappointed you. They seem not yet crowded as the Google says they close at 2.30pm maybe? It s full on till late I think. My husband said they need to boost up their appearance a little more. To me, it s fantastic. Good foods and reasonable prices. Keep it up guys."
