Our Diego's GoMEX Range of Tortillas and Sauces are proudly made to satisfy the increasing demand for high-quality Southern Californian and Mexican style foods. With over 20 years of experience, we have perfected our recipes and processes to deliver the best tortillas on the market.

In addition to our tortillas, we also offer a variety of other products. Our Diego's GoWELL Range of Wraps are locally baked and perfect for your shop. Our Diego's Raj Range of Chapati, inspired by Indian cuisine, are soft, pliable, and Australian made.

For those with dietary restrictions, we have gluten-free corn chips available in hand-cooked and lightly salted or raw cut options. Our Corn Tortillas are also free from wheat, gluten, nuts, dairy, yeast, soy, GMOs, and artificial flavors.

To complete your Mexican and Californian culinary experience, we stock a range of carefully developed and selected authentic Mexican and American condiments, spices, flours, and other ingredients.

Diego's Authentic Foods is not just a business, but a passion project. Our owners, Colin and Deann, were inspired by their travels through California, Mexico, and Australia to create authentic, healthy, and home-cooked recipes. They opened our first premises in a small factory in Miami, Queensland, where they produced white corn tortillas, hand-cooked tortilla chips, and homemade salsa.

Colin and Deann believe that good food goes hand in hand with a happy and healthy lifestyle. Deann, being from California, missed her tortillas, wraps, and salsas, which fueled their mission to bring these flavors to Australia.
