"This is by far my worst experience. I got my hair keratin done from here and it was anything but keratin. The lady Anita who does the services not only destroyed the natural texture but also had a very unprofessional and rude behaviour after I told her that she needs to fix my hair. The straightening wared off in the first wash and the inside hair was all still wavey and Anita the owner and lady who was doing the job refused to fix the damage done by her after paying almost 300 aud for it. Total scam. Never going here again. There are a lot genuine beauty parlours in surfers but this ain’t one."

"I got a full set of eyelashes done today. It was not bad but it wasn’t what I asked for: I know it is unusual but I always ask for as natural as possible. I don’t like it when you can see it s “been done”. I like classic extensions that are not much longer than my own lashes and no crazy volume... basically just to save myself time putting on mascara So once it was finished I was like oh man... they are super long and they are not individual lashes, they are ones that come in little bunches so straight away that looks anything but natural. I know Anita meant well because she said something like - “I did a bit extra for you” and she was not charging me any extra. She was lovely altogether but I just really dislike these long fake looking things on my face that I now have to deal with."

"Anita did the most beautiful set of volume lashes on me! They look beyond amazing. Her service was super accommodating and friendly. Her salon was clean and i am beyond amazed with the final results! I definatley will be visiting again!!"

"I’ve done my lashes infill today. Middle of procedure, glue came into my L)eye and it was extremely sore and my tears kept coming but staff didn’t do anything with that I had to sat because of soreness but staff kept saying lying back. I still have blurry sight. I am not sure I need to check my left eye. I doubt staff knows safety matter. I can see white and shiny glues all over lashes root part. It was my WORST experience ever! Beauty cannot prior to health.. I never back this salon."
