"Disgusting service and staff. Went in with my sister who got a full set and I manicure. My sister was cut multiple times resulting in her feeling sick due to the stinging and bleeding, nearly passed out and they couldn’t care less. And did nothing to make sure she was alright not even ask if she was okay. I have had multiple manicures with a cats eye or loose glitter, I chose a cat eye colour and they were telling me they could not do it on ‘short nails’ I then chose a different colour being a loose glitter she then proceeded to ‘try’ on one nail rubbing the glitter saying see I told you I can’t do on short nail, it looked nothing like the sample nail due to her rubbing it on and not patting it. She then left me with someone’s else to finish. And I left with a colour I didn’t want And yet they still changed us full price. Should have read the reviews before going to that salon will never go there again."

"The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Went for French manicure on Thursday evening and the same day 2 nails fell off. Next day 3 more fell off. When I asked for refund they denied and said they don’t do refund but they can fix it. I denied cause don’t wanna have my nails get damaged even more and went to better nail salon. Don’t go there unless you want to damage your nails and waste your money for bad service."

"I usually go the Professionail in Helensvale and have always received excellent customer service there, so I decided to go to this location as I was in the area for the day. I went for an acrylic infill, and explained to the technician that I had a loose nail and asked for it to be replaced. She either pretended that she did not understand me, or honestly did not have the English capacity to realize what I was saying. She proceeded to glue my nail down even though I said several times I really thought it needed a fresh, new nail and I was willing to pay for it. As I've already said, as I've always received such excellent services at other Professionails I doubted what she said but also trusted the name of the company. In retrospect, the technician was sloppy and lazy and glued my nail down because she didn't want to waste the time gluing down and re-shaping a new nail. This place then had the cajones to charge me 10 extra dollars for an infill (I usually pay $45 in Helensvale, asked me for $55), which I am embarassed to admit I paid. Absolute waste of money. Within 24 hours, the 'loose nail' in question popped off in my sleep. I have had acyrlics for years and am meticulous about the upkeep of them. This is the first time for me something like this has ever happened. I am left with the picture I included below. I am going back to the Helensvale Professionail tomorrow for a free nail fix, which they are always happy to do as they are loyal. Literally can not believe this place is still in business. Disgrace to the beauty service industry. STEER CLEAR LADIES."
